The resource-agents packages provide the Pacemaker and RGManager service managers with a set of scripts. These scripts interface with several services to allow operating in a high-availability (HA) environment.

Vulnerability Detail

This vulnerability (ALBA-2021:2598) in the resource-agents package affects AlmaLinux 8. It includes a bug fix and an enhancement update. The bug fix addresses an issue with the aws-vpc-move-ip script, enabling eni lookup for AWS shared networks via RAM. The enhancement update resolves a problem where the resource agent would bail out when podman fails to start a container under heavy load.
